Employment Litigation & Counseling

Overview
OUR PRACTICE

We have extensive experience representing both employers and employees in a wide range of employment disputes, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, whistleblower and non-compete/unfair competition disputes. Our attorneys have defended Fortune 100 companies in employment actions and represented employees in large-dollar whistleblower and sexual harassment matters. We have tried employment cases in federal and state court and before administrative tribunals.

In addition to employment litigation, we also provide proactive counseling on employment matters and conduct compliance training and employment related internal investigations. Our counseling and compliance services are aimed at avoiding litigation; however, if litigation ensues, we stand ready to litigate.
